CLARITY

ACTION

From Default to Design

A woman with dark hair sitting in a cream-colored armchair in a room decorated with framed artwork on the wall, a potted plant, a white sculpture table with books, and a standing lamp with gold-colored bulbs. She is wearing a denim jacket and maroon pants and smiling at the camera.

You've done the work. Hit the milestones. Checked the boxes. And somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what you actually wanted.

That quiet restlessness is not ingratitude. It is not a crisis. It is the gap between the life you built and the life that is actually yours.

That is what we work on together.

The Process

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Start with a real conversation

Before anything else, we talk. The discovery call is a genuine conversation about where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether working together makes sense for you right now.

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and half circle lines.

    Get Honest

We slow down long enough to look honestly at where you are, what’s keeping you stuck, and what you actually want. Don’t skip this step, it’s the most important one.

    Do the Work

This is where real change happens. We examine the patterns, the stories, and the beliefs that have been driving your decisions, and we start making intentional choices instead of automatic ones.

    Live by Design

You leave with more than clarity. You leave with direction, accountability, and a genuine sense of what you’re building and why it fits the person you actually are.

Purpose & Alignment Coaching

A wooden desk with a large potted plant, a white cup, a Bose speaker, a remote control, an Apple iMac computer, a phone, and a white object on the right, against a light-colored wall with framed artwork.

Purpose and alignment coaching starts with one foundational question. Not what do you want to do next, but who are you?

Before we can build the right path forward, we get clear on what you actually value, what you’re naturally built for, and what has been quietly keeping you stuck. Depending on where you are and what you need, we may use the Becoming You framework (which I’m in the process of being certified in through NYU) and its suite of research-backed tools including the Values Bridge, Career Traits Compass, PIE360, Holland Bridge, and Enneagram. But the tools are never the starting point. You are.

This approach runs through everything I offer. Executive coaching, one on one coaching, and full Becoming You engagements all live under this same philosophy. Know yourself first. Everything else follows.

LET’S GET STARTED

Real clarity starts with one honest conversation.

I’d love for that conversation to be with you.
